Summer, Anew.

Meet the dream-team!

Chloe Knowlden: Yoga Teacher + Retreat Host

Chloe is a Yoga Teacher, currently residing and teaching in the Gold Coast, Australia. After originally training as a dancer, she found Yoga through a severe spinal injury and she feels constantly reminded of how miraculous the human body is. It’s from this place that she teaches, with passion, humility and curiosity. Yoga to Chloe, is so much more than the physical; it’s allowed her over the years to shift and evolve not just on the mat, but in her everyday, way of being.

The way Chloe teaches Yoga is with an open-mind and a deeply compassionate heart. She recognises that if she wants to move with her best foot forward, she must sometimes sit in the teachings of discomfort. It’s through Yoga that Chloe found a deep sense of gratitude… For community + connection, for this life, and everything that comes with it.

Retreats with Chloe are often described as a “coming back home“… Whether it be to ones’ self or holding the hands of others, as we dance and move through life.

Ali Duvaras: Retreat Manager

Ali is a California native, living in New York City. At a young age she started practicing yoga but after an intense car accident in college she found her practice to be the key to connecting her body and mind to heal.

Ali is constantly on the go, traveling around the world with her job as Head of Advisor Sales for Fora. Whilst she is always moving, the one thing that is constant, is her ability to find a Yoga mat. Yoga gives her the space to balance the energy in body, while taking stock of what it needs.

Ali will be to your go-to-girl with all things logistics, organising flights, transfers, activities + so much more. Ali will be on retreat with us, available to help and host alongside Chloe. You’ll often find correspondence directly from her and if you have any queries, her email is aduvaras@me.com.

Jon Ziff Sint: Yoga Teacher + Retreat Host

Drawing from a family of yoga practitioners and teachers, Jonathan was introduced to yoga early but took his time to fall in love with the practice. That love was initially propelled by the physical practice and defiance of gravity but now defined by the vast power the breath has over the body + mind. Jonathan’s classes are designed to connect the muscular with the mystical body. There is a clear intention to bridge the breath with movement. His classes are centered around mindful alignment, creative sequencing, self-awareness, pranayama and offer a physical challenge.

He’s been influenced by his many teachers, most notably - Anton Brandt, Jewels Ziff Sint, Rebecca Ketchum, Dages Juvelier Keates, Abbie Galvin, and Mary Aranas. Jonathan completed his 200-hour training with The Sacred Fig, a 100-hour training in the Threes Physiyoga Method, with additional training in Katonah Yoga, AcroYoga, and Thai Bodywork. He currently teaches Vinyasa Yoga + AcroYoga throughout New York City and internationally.
